1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of citadelcreative.com.au (the "website"), run by Citadel CreativeStudio ("we", "us", "our") of 14 Hayberry St, Crows Nest NSW 2065. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. Our services and quotes

The website describes our creative production services, including strategy, video, photography, design, animation, post-production, podcast and vodcast production, and studio facilities. It's general information, not an offer.

Prices, packages and budget ranges shown on the website are a guide only, are in Australian dollars, and may change. Any work we do for you is governed by the written quote, proposal or agreement we give you, and that document takes priority over anything on the website. Sending us an enquiry doesn't create a contract.

3. Studio and podcast bookings

A booking for one of our studios or our podcast and vodcast suite is only confirmed once we accept it in writing. It's then subject to the booking terms we send you at that time, including any deposit, cancellation and house rules. Space hire for Creative Citadel is managed separately through creativecitadel.com.au under its own terms.

4. Using the website

You're welcome to browse the website, share links to it, and quote from it for personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

• use the website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful

• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or our systems

• upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code

• copy or scrape content in bulk for commercial use without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, photos, footage, design, logos and branding, is owned by us, our clients or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Client work is shown with permission and remains the property of the relevant client.

Unless the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) allows it, you can't copy, download, reproduce, adapt or distribute any content without our written permission. If you'd like to use something, ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.

6. What you send us

When you contact us through the website, please make sure the information you send is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. If your brief is confidential, tell us and we're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share the details.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, including creativecitadel.com.au and social media platforms. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

8. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we don't promise it will always be complete, current, error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or remove content at any time.

Where our liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it's limited to supplying the relevant services again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts that can hear appeals from them.
