Common questions
If something isn't covered here, the easiest thing is to get in touch. Most questions are better answered in a conversation anyway.

The ranges on our services page are starting points. What a project costs depends on how many shoot days, how many deliverables, and how much post is involved. The clearest way to get an accurate number is to have a conversation first. We'll tell you what's realistic and where you might need to adjust scope.
-
Either. Some clients come to us for end-to-end production, from concept through to final delivery. Others have an internal team or agency partner and just need us for shoot day, post, or a specific discipline. We'll scope whatever is useful and leave the rest to you.
-
It starts with a round table conversation about goals, creative direction and what good looks like for this job. From there we scope it, assemble the right crew, produce the work, and hand it over. Jennifer, our Head of Production, is the main point of contact from kickoff through to delivery. You won't be passed around.
-
Two rounds of revisions are standard across most deliverables. We find that's enough to get to a finished result without the process dragging out. If a project needs more rounds, usually because the brief changed along the way, we'll flag it early and work out the best approach.
-
You do. On delivery, all final files are yours. Raw footage and project files can be archived and handed over on request. We'd just agree on that as part of the scope so it's factored in from the beginning.
-
Yes. We often come in as the production arm for agencies who have the strategy and creative direction sorted but need experienced hands to execute it. We're comfortable working to a brief, taking direction from another creative lead, and fitting into an existing team structure.
-
For a straightforward shoot day, two to three weeks is usually enough. Larger productions with multiple shoot days, complex locations, or talent coordination need more runway, and four to six weeks gives us time to scope, crew up, and prep properly. For time-sensitive jobs, talk to us and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.

Both. Our base in Crows Nest has a sound-treated studio with a corner cyclorama, professional lighting grid, podcast and edit suite, and lifestyle spaces across seven rooms. We also shoot extensively on location across Sydney and can travel where the brief calls for it.
-
Yes, and we'd recommend scoping them in from the start rather than treating them as an afterthought. Shooting with social formats in mind means you get content that was designed for those placements, rather than a cropped version of the hero edit.
-
Both. Our podcast and vodcast suite in Crows Nest is set up for regular series. We handle the recording, audio engineering, editing, and delivery on whatever cadence works for you. One-off episodes are welcome too, and there's no minimum commitment.
